Violet Night is the TH-U expansion library created by Choptones that recreates the sound of an authentic Driftwood Purple Nightmare* head with 6L6 power tubes.

The sound is very straightforward and dynamic – chords ring out forever, and playing with the volume knob of your guitar is loads of fun! The channel reacts very well to the player without thinning out the sound.

System Requirements

APPLE SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY

This library requires TH-U Full or one of its Editions to be used.

TH-U Full is available as AudioUnit, VST, AAX32 (ProTools 10.3.5 and above), AAX64 (ProTools 11 and 12) plugins, as well as a standalone application.

Both 32bit and 64bit are natively supported.

You can authorize TH-U Full on up to three computers that you own and one USB stick with a simple one-click software procedure (no hardware key needed).

Macintosh® Intel Core i3 1.4GHz with 4Gb of RAM, 1280x800 video.

Mac OS X 10.7 Lion and above are supported.
