It's easy to thicken and squish them without pumping, tame any ice picks, and to smooth out rough edges. It's also inspiring to use, it's hard to make things sound bad. The \"Valve\" parameter is a major bonus, my new favorite saturation device. Changing the filter slope gives another way to differentiate sounds and the stereo spread feature for each band is intriguing - I used this to widen the highest frequencies on a guitar bus which made the guitars sound more three dimensional.
