JRR Sounds Aethiopia Vol.1 No FX Sample Set

Often labeled as one of the most powerful analog synths ever created, and justifiably so, the Alesis Andromeda combines massive polyphony and multitimbrality with sound quality and capabilities reminiscent of the OB-Xa and Minimoog. In fact, it took almost 20 years for another synth of a similar magnitude to be released, that being the Moog One 16-Voice, and even then the Andromeda has features and a unique voice that make it stand apart.

Aethiopia Vol.1 No FX sample set is 128 patches and 3.4GB of audio painstakingly sampled through vintage UTC isolation transformers and state-of-the-art Lynx conversion. The set consists of basses, leads, pads, effects, and drums. The No FX samples were recorded through the dedicated outputs 1 and 2 with the voices in unison, creating a unique stereo effect more like 2 separate mono synths than a single instrument.

Installation

To install JRR Sounds libraries, simply move your downloaded zip files to your favorite sample folder and extract them from there.

Once installed, please either drag and drop or open your new library from within your compatible sampler plugin.
